Artwork Purchase & Refund Policy

Made-to-Order Artwork

Every artwork available at Michal Dunaj Art is produced specifically for the individual collector after an order is placed.

The artwork displayed on my website represents the original artistic vision. Once an order is submitted, the selected artwork is professionally reproduced according to the collector’s chosen specifications, including format, dimensions, and production material.

Because each piece is created specifically for its collector, I do not keep ready-made inventory of artworks.

Our Approach to Art Collecting

Art is not a conventional consumer product. Each piece represents a creative expression, an atmosphere, and a personal connection between the artwork and the collector.

Before purchasing, I encourage collectors to carefully consider the artwork, available dimensions, materials, and how the piece will exist within their chosen space.

A change of preference, a decision that the artwork does not match an interior, or a change of mind after purchase does not constitute a reason for a refund or return.

Returns and Refunds

Due to the made-to-order nature of our artworks, I do not accept returns or issue refunds for reasons unrelated to a production issue, damage during delivery, or an incorrect order.

Each artwork is produced specifically according to the collector’s selected options, and therefore cannot be returned and resold as a standard stocked product.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

The quality of every production process is always carefully reviewed. If your artwork arrives damaged, defective, or differs from the specifications confirmed in your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • your order number,
  • photographs of the artwork and packaging,
  • a description of the issue.

After reviewing the situation, I will work with you to provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or another resolution where applicable.

Color and Material Variations

Please note that slight differences in color, brightness, texture, and appearance may occur due to variations between digital displays, individual monitors, lighting conditions, and professional printing processes.

Such minor differences are a natural part of art reproduction and are not considered defects.
